Folks gathered round while lunchtime traffic hummed outside.
Sebastian grabbed his food, took a bite, and raised his hand.
“This sandwich is the bomb,” he said, then planned
To take another eager bite with quiet pride.
The patrons whirled and stared, dropping cups and trays.
He crowned himself with baskets to shield his face.
Bracing for the boom, he waved his arms with grace,
As he shouted, "Everyone, back through the maze!"
“It's another way to say it's good! Not something to fear!”
Jimmy bounced away. “Then why's everyone rushing elsewhere?”
He sniffed the sandwich like a bloodhound there,
While some clapped and others stopped to peer.
Its mustard-coated contents flew wide, sending all in retreat.
Sebastian sighed. “My lunch was safely hurled around.”
Jimmy beamed. “Exactly. Safety won this round.”
“Next time,” said Sebastian, “just let me eat.”
