“Time to throw down, Jimmy. Grab that chair.”
Jimmy hopped up, convinced he’d heard it right,
He raised the chair and swung with all his might,
It spun past plates and rattled silverware.
“We’re playing cards. Why weaponize the game?”
Jimmy dragged one more chair across the floor.
“One chair can’t make a throw down. We need more.”
“That phrase and flying chairs are not the same.”
Sebastian rode it straight into the wall.
The chips and cards went skidding side to side.
“The table’s down. The lamps come next,” Jimmy cried.
“I came for cards, not furniture dodgeball.”
“You’ve wrecked the room. This throw down has to stop.”
Jimmy crossed his arms. “I followed through.
I threw things down. That’s what you asked me to do.”
“Then throw down your excuses. Grab the mop.”
