Art Roundup, week of April 11th

This might make me sound like a broken record, but it’s worth repeating. There is something therapeutic about Photoshop’s liquify tool. Even if a specific use of the tool doesn’t result in a finished piece of artwork, it gives me a chance to zone out and mentally recover from a rough day. But in the instances where I can coax something out of the chaos, my heart soars to the highest of mountain tops. Despite those instances not occurring as often as I’d like, using the tool is a wonderful thing. And when I’m not soaring at those peeks, I’m still pretty close to it.
