I’ve always been convinced that beauty can be found anywhere, even where you would least expect it. Back in August 2024, I was standing on my deck and noticed interesting pops of color from the foliage overgrowing both fences of my property. The bulk of the flowers were pink and purple, but there were a handful of white flowers with an inner splash of red with yellow lining my fence. Given the lack of planting or preparations, I couldn’t explain why these buds had a more solitary existence, but they hung from their vine with a vibrance the other ones had despite their lack of color.
